The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded cornerback Sidney Jones to the Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle sent Jacksonville a 2022 sixth-round pick in the deal.

The Seahawks also traded for cornerback John Reid from the Houston Texans recently. In that deal, they sent out a conditional seventh-rounder.

The New York Jets have acquired pass rusher Shaq Lawson in a trade with the Houston Texans, according to sources.

New York is sending a 2022 sixth-round pick to Houston.

The move comes after the Jets lost Carl Lawson to a season-ending ruptured Achilles.

The Carolina Panthers have traded linebacker Denzel Perryman and a 2022 seventh-round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders for a 2022 sixth-round selection.

The deal is pending a physical.

Perryman, 28, played the first six seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Chargers, including last season when he played in 13 games with six starts.

The Los Angeles Rams have acquired Sony Michel in a trade with the New England Patriots.

New England received two conditional draft picks -- one in the fifth round and another in the sixth -- in the deal.

Michel fills an immediate need for the Rams, who will be without Cam Akers after he tore his right Achilles tendon while working out before training camp.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have acquired linebacker Joe Schobert from the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to a report.

Schobert was a presumed starter for the Jaguars.

He signed a lucrative five-year, $53.8 million deal with the Jaguars ahead of the 2020 campaign.
